The course training is built up around the following points:

1. An eight-week personal training program with four days of face-to-face coaching.*
2. A custom made training and nutrition program based on lifestyle and dietary patterns.
3. Professional coaching with two mandatory evaluations in order to reach the desired target.
4. 24 hour aftercare, contact and coaching by phone, WhatsApp and e-mail as extra support for the created programs.

This guarantees reaching the desired target, because the personal training encompasses more than just the workouts. The structure of nutrition and exercise is also supported.
